Please note…
1) Send back the booking form or ring the shop to book
2) Payment in full is required to secure your place
3) Providing you cancel at least 7 days before the class, then a credit note will be issued. It can be used for either another class or any goods in the shop. There is no time limit on it.
If you do not give us 7 days notice, we will not be able to offer a credit note as we would have by then confirmed the tutor and committed to paying her fee. We will be happy for you to find someone to take your space but we can not take responsibility to find someone for you
We will of course consider any medical emergencies and serious family situations.
Should we cancel a class, a full cash refund will be given.
Sorry we have had to be so firm, but a real desire to stay in business and to offer good quality classes has forced this on us.
