Come and have some Christmas fabric fun by designing and making your own mantel scarf to set off your festive decorating. You can also embellish your pennants with bells or tassels. You will need to do a little bit of maths to customise your own mantel scarf, that’s the hardest bit, the rest of the time is just joyful sewing!.
